Construction of an 806-kilowatt Solar Energy Station at "Norpetco''site

 Gascool has commenced work on a project to supply,install and constract a solar power plant with a total capacity of 806 kilowwats at the site of the North Maritime Petroleum Company "Norpetco".

Gascool's scope of work on this project includes preparing detailed studies and engineering designs,supplying all project components,as well as carrying out civil works,installations and operational testing prior to connection to the existing systems on site.

The new plant aims to utilise clean energy to meet part of the site's electricity consumption,thereby enhancing energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions,as part of the petroleum sector's strategy to expand renewable energy projects in fields and production sites.
